What you'll need:
- Valid email address for account verification and notifications
- Strong password with at least 8 characters for secure access
- Email verification to activate your account and enable key security features
- Optional: Add company details to unlock team collaboration features
- Quick sign-in available through Microsoft or Google OAuth for faster access

Once your account is set up, you can start by creating your first project. From the dashboard, click the "Project" button on the landing page and select "Create a New Project". Alternatively, you can navigate to the "Projects" page and click the "Add New" button.
Enter the following details to get started:
Project Setup Checklist:
- Project Title: A short, clear name that represents your project.
- Overview: A brief description outlining your project's goals, scope, and purpose.
- Tech Stack: List the technologies, frameworks, or tools that your project uses.
Once you've filled in the details, click "Create" to save your project. Raydian AI will automatically organize your workspace and prepare it for intelligent planning, feature tracking, and task automation.
Once your project is created, select it in the AI chat window and describe a feature or requirement. Raydian AI will help you refine your input, ask clarifying questions, and identify any missing details before generating a structured plan for that specific feature.
How AI Planning Works:
- AI reviews and summarizes your feature requirements
- Click "Generate Plan" to create estimates and task breakdowns for each team
- Use the "Publish" button to add generated tasks to your planner
Repeat the process for each feature until your project plan is complete. Once published, you can manage tasks in the Kanban-style planner, assign them to teammates, and use AI chat to track progress or get insights in real time.
